If you are buying your next home and you have had an offer accepted on a property your next step is to think about having the property surveyed by a qualified RICS Surveyor.

Whether you need an RICS Level 1, Level 2 (with or without a valuation) or a Level 3 Survey Service, contact us now for a quote.

The property market is changing and it is now more important than ever to have an RICS Surveyor inspect your home before you legally commit to buying.

If you are purchasing with a mortgage, then the property may be inspected by an RICS Surveyor on behalf of the mortgage company. This is not a Survey. This is a mortgage valuation report for the lender only.
Most lenders will advise a "fuller" inspection is undertaken by a local Surveyor to ensure you are aware of its condition and also be advised of any concerns.

Contact us today for advice on which Survey Service is the one which most meets your needs.

Our other services include residential property valuations.

You may need a property valuation from a Chartered RICS Surveyor. You will need a qualifier Valuer to provide a report for you for a number of reasons.
Whether you need a valuation for probate purposes, for matrimonial purposes or for your Help To Buy sale or remortgage, we can provide an RICS "Red Book" compliant valuation service to meet your needs.
